On Their First Night He Said…

It was their first night,
As Man and Wife;
In the darkness of the room
She looked at him,
Nervous, apprehensive, expectant.
Out of his mouth the words spewed :
“Are you a virgin?”,
“Why?” She questioned,
“Are you?”

  1. A man searched the world over seeking his own personal virgin. Year after year, until finally, deep down in the south pacific he came across a young sweet virgin native girl. On the first night he was having difficulty consummating the marriage and said to her, “It is too tight it won’t fit” and she said, “Oh well, spit on it like all those other sailors did.”

Nice post, although the male position looks a might uncomfortable.

      1. har relation jooth ki buniyad pe hi bante hai, chahe pyaar ka ho ya husband wife ka,,
i don’t know log kyu apni sachai ya past chupate hai
or itna esly jooth kese bol lete hai,

water se water saf ho sakta hai,
but blood se blood saf nahi kiya ja sakta

wese hi aasu ko pani se saf kiya ja sakta hai
but dukh milne pe kisi ko dukh dene se dukh kam nahi hota

      1. Nice! Is that where you’re originally from? You write excellent so I see you’re being taught well ๐Ÿ™‚

That’s fine, no rush! Me, I am from the United States of America.

      2. Yes originally from India ๐Ÿ™‚ but its my passion for reading books that have contributed to my reading skills… Not the college :p trust me, half my teachers here hate me because they know I’m better than them ๐Ÿ˜‰

Oh that’s good ๐Ÿ™‚ what do you plan on doing next? Study further or ..?

      3. That’s awesome! I love being able to socialize with others from different countries! Self-teaching is an extremely effective learning method. You know you’re doing something right if they hate you ๐Ÿ™‚

I plan on going to school for life because if I stop, I’m going to be swamped with student loans and life would go downhill for me. After law school, I will take the BAR exam and become licensed to practice law. As an attorney, I might then enroll in a medical program part time or something just so I can continue to defer my loans ๐Ÿ™‚

Is college expensive in India? Here, its like college exists for the wealthy, not the poor or the working man….

      4. Colleges in India are not expensive in general. There are extremely expensive colleges too, that’s where the ‘elite’ enroll. But we do have colleges that accommodate people from all classes of the society. Its relatively cheap, I guess. Student loans are available but most of us don’t avail them because its not necessary until our degree.
Post graduation is comparatively costlier but middle class families have absolutely no problem in paying the fees.
We have these famous government institutions like IIT, IIM among others that charge exorbitantly but they make up for it in quality and exposure. ๐Ÿ™‚

      5. I should go study in India then! Here, its like they want every college to be only for the ‘elite’ since the cost to attend continues to increase. Post graduate programs are expensive and if you cannot afford it, then you’re forced to take out loans. I don’t know how anyone in this country can afford to stop going to school…

      6. Everything is in English! ๐Ÿ™‚ regional languages are only a part of the curriculum till high school. ๐Ÿ™‚ maybe understanding the accent will be a little difficult but its not a big deal.

        What are your hobbies?!

      8. I looove reading! Can’t imagine a world without books ๐Ÿ™‚ I paint, swim and cycle (occasionally). Learning new languages is kind of a hobby. Love debating! And I guess writing! ๐Ÿ™‚

And if you are called boring, imagine what I’m called ๐Ÿ˜‰ :p

      9. Me too! When I was younger, I used to think I was too cool for books… I wish I was an artist! I cannot draw or paint… lol

I would love to learn new languages but I would hate for it to go to waste. In high school, I learned Italian but since no one around me spoke it, I lost it. I guess it’s true that if you don’t use something, you lose it… debating? What are you passionate about?

What?! You have far more fun than I do! Lol ๐Ÿ™‚

Passion… Hmm difficult to answer… Food is what comes to mind! ๐Ÿ™‚ I cook loads of dishes and I eat loads of them :p literature… Obviously another thing I’m passionate about… Travel! I love discovering new places…different cultures and people! ๐Ÿ™‚

      12. Controversial topics! I likeeeee! That explains this post about double standard. At this day and age, it is hard to find a virgin and people should come to terms with that! I know I have ๐Ÿ™‚

I guess that’s true! I’m sure I can cook but I just never really put my mind to it ๐Ÿ˜‰

      13. Here in India ppl hold on to that age old customs! It makes me nauseous, Not everyone is like that but the majority leans towards it.
You like to eat tough…? What’s your favourite?

      14. The folks in India sound traditional. Why does it make you nauseous? Lol I don’t know how I feel about having a virgin woman.

Like is an understatement haha I LOVE to eat! My favorite is Spanish food. I love me my white rice, beans, and chicken with a side salad and a slice of avocado! What’s your favorite?

      15. Not everybody is traditional. ๐Ÿ™‚ in metros like Bangalore people don’t even care abt such bs ๐Ÿ™‚ all this pseudo culturalism makes me nauseous because I’ve been brought up in a very liberal family. I grew up learning to think for myself and never to blindly accept whatever the society says! And obviously I end up asking a lot of questions to the society now! ๐Ÿ™‚ guess that makes me an outcast…eh! Who cares! ๐Ÿ™‚

Food… I love spicy Indian food (there’s nothing better than that) and I eat more spice than anyone else in my circle ๐Ÿ˜‰ :p! Also loads of cheese! Yummmmm ๐Ÿ™‚ pasta is my favourite! ๐Ÿ™‚

      16. Being an outcast is always good! Breaking tradition is even better ๐Ÿ™‚

I heard Indian food is pretty good but I’ve never tried it! I need to find a place that knows how to really cook Indian food. Pasta is my second favorite food! I can live off of pasta lol

Apart from that… I love “The Help”, and what about ” Words and Pictures”, the artist and the bibliophile in me sure had a blast watching that movie! ๐Ÿ™‚

I used to be a fan of comic books but not so much now. I’m into books with no pictures, that way I can create my own mental pictures as I read ๐Ÿ˜‰
